1. Who and what

Wanderin ("the service") is operated by UAM LLC (Unfair Advantage Marketing LLC), Shams Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("UAM LLC", "we"). By signing in or using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. How we handle data is described in Privacy.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The service is for private use, one account per person.

3. Free, as is

The service is free and provided "as is" and "as available". We give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose or that it will be error free. It can change, pause or stop at any time, and may stop being free.

4. Prices and ratings are found, not official

Places, ratings and reviews come from Google Maps data supplied through third-party providers. Prices are read from websites and reviews by code and an AI model and can be wrong, outdated or missing. Wanderin is not affiliated with Google or with any place listed. Third-party terms apply to that data, including Google Maps' terms. Check the evidence shown and the place itself before you rely on a price. Nothing here is professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy in bulk, or use bots or other automation to use the service;
• overload, probe, attack or try to break or bypass the service or its security;
• get around the daily allowance or the one-hunt-at-a-time rule, including by using several accounts;
• use the service to collect private data about people, or for anything unlawful;
• resell or redistribute the results as a service of your own.

6. Daily allowance and one hunt at a time

Each search costs real money, so each person has a daily allowance, and the whole site has a daily limit. You can run one hunt at a time. When an allowance is used up, searches pause until the next day (UTC). We may change these limits at any time.

7. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time with "Delete my account" in the menu; your profile and searches are then removed as described in Privacy.

8. Suspension and ending

We may block or remove an account, or end the service, at any time, in particular if these terms are broken or the service is abused. You can stop using it whenever you like.

9. Ownership

The service, its design and its code belong to UAM LLC or its licensors. Place data, ratings and reviews belong to their sources. Your searches stay yours; you allow us to store and process them to run the service for you. Do not copy the service or its design.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, UAM LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or for decisions you take based on the results, and our total liability for anything connected with the free service is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory consumer rights stay untouched.

11. Your responsibility

If your use of the service in breach of these terms causes a third party claim or a loss to us, you agree to cover that loss, to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new version. For changes that significantly reduce your rights, we give notice on the site first.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
